Starting in 2012, after our first two features, we decided to start doing a series of short films written & directed by various members of our group.

Our first short film was Toilet Prayers, an existential short film about a conversation between two men in a bathroom.

Our second short film, Blackout, is a horror short that was inspired by the events of Hurricane Sandy. In the middle of a hurricane, a group of Halloween partyers seek shelter in the home of a kindly couple… but not everyone is what they appear.

Although it was the third short to be released, Tell Me Something Good was actually filmed right after Toilet Prayers. The original footage was stolen from the director’s car, and this project remained in limbo until we found a backup copy. Tell Me Something Good is about three strangers who are held hostage by a crazy man who wants one thing: for them to tell him something good.

Our most successful short film, Devil You Know is about a woman who is trying to win her father’s soul back from the devil and enlists a kind stranger to help her.

Devil You Know won Best Local Film at the 2015 Golden Door International Film Festival, 2nd Place Best Horror Comedy Short at the 2015 Horror Hotel Film Festival, and was an Official Selection at the 2015 Fantasmagorical Film Festival.

In the summer of 2015, in order to bring more attention to the Yellow Scare indiegogo campaign, we made a 5 part series of micro shorts to act as a prequel to the movie. Rex Steel & the PC Officer is about PC Officer Pamela Clarke’s mission to make Rex Steel more tolerant and politically correct before a big meeting of international intelligence agents.

In 2016, we filmed “Cupid’s First Day,” a comedy short written by Isaac Platizky and directed/DP’d by Sami Saad. “Cupid” is in post-production and will be released to the world shortly.

“Cupid’s First Day” is about a brand new, nontraditional Cupid on his first day on the job.

click send 0In 2017, we filmed a horror short written by Isaac Platizky and Directed by Joey Mosca called “Click Send.” It will be making its debut on the film festival circuit sometime in the 2018-2019 season.

“Click Send” is about a group of friends playing a game of “What’s the Worst Thing You’ve Ever Seen on the Internet?” and the horrifying answer to that question.

Last Rehearsal 1

Our first project of 2018, was a short comedy written by Dan Gregory & Jenna Kildosher and Directed by William R. Farley called “The Last Rehearsal of the Dangerous Kitten.”

“The Last Rehearsal…” is about the final rehearsal of a children’s play called “The Dangerous Kitten” that goes horribly wrong.

girl in basementOur next short “The Girl in the Basement,” written and directed by Isaac Platizky will begin production early this year.

“The Girl in the Basement” is a horror short about a religious group dealing with demonic possession and the faith necessary to overcome evil.
