Here are some frequently asked questions from Narrow Bridge Films.
Question: WHEN CAN I SEE “YELLOW SCARE?”
Answer: Well, you can see a special test screening of “Yellow Scare” along with trailers for upcoming projects on Wednesday, October 25th at Frank Theatres in Bayonne, NJ.
Question: WHAT THE HELL IS A TEST SCREENING?
Answer: Well, we are very near completion on this film, but there may have been some things that we missed and some additional things that need tweaking. Seeing it on the big screen for the first time will be crucial to find any trouble spots. So, before we officially premiere the film and bring it to festivals, we are going to be watching it on the big screen to test everything, and we want YOU to join us to provide us with additional feedback for things we may have missed.
Question: GREAT. DO I HAVE TO BUY A TICKET?
Answer: Yes, you do have to buy a ticket. And you can do so here: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/yellow-scare-test-screening-tickets-37949425754
Question: $18? THAT’S A BIT STEEP…
Answer: I know, but this is a one-time screening, and we need to bring in some money to pay the theatre for letting us screen there. Anything extra will go into our film festival fund to help us pay for film festival entries. PLUS, you are getting more than just the “Yellow Scare” test screening. You will be receiving a souvenir program, a raffle ticket for a giveaway at the end of the night, and you will also get an acoustic guitar performance as you enter, and some short commercials/trailers for upcoming projects from Narrow Bridge and friends… Plus, you’ll see the premiere of “In the Blood,” a short film by NBF regular Joey Mosca starring three people who are also in “Yellow Scare.”
Question: WOW. THAT IS A LOT. CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
Answer: It is possible, but if we sell out beforehand, there may be no seats available. Plus, if you pay at the door, the charge is $20 rather than $18. Best to get your ticket in advance.
Question: DO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKET OUT?
Answer: You can… But we are also putting everyone who buys a ticket on a list. So, don’t worry if you can’t print yours, or forget.
Question: WHAT TIME DOES EVERYTHING START?
Answer: The doors will open at 7pm. Seating is first come, first serve. From 7pm-7:30pm, there will be an acoustic set by local artist (and Narrow Bridge alum) Max Arias Jr. At 7:30pm, after a very brief introduction, we will start the show. After the movie, there will be a Q&A with the cast & crew, and a raffle for movie memorabilia and props from the movie.
